HK’s Lung King Heen is amongst La Liste’s World's Best Restaurants

Hong Kong shares the first place with other establishments in seven countries.

La Liste has revealed its 2025 ranking of the world's best restaurants, with nine establishments in seven countries, including Hong Kong, sharing the first place.

Lung King Heen in Hong Kong and Matsukawa in Tokyo are amongst the restaurants from Asia that dominated the list.

For the first time, Northern California's Single Thread Farm and NYC Le Bernardin share first place.

In the UK, Simon Rogan's L'Enclume reaches the top of the ranking for the second time.

Germany sees Schwarzwaldstube maintain its excellence, and Switzerland puts Peter Knogl at the Cheval Blanc restaurant in the Hôtel Les Trois Rois at the top for the first time.
