A site at the junction of Hung Luen Road and Kin Wan Street, Hung Hom Bay Reclamation, Kowloon Inland Lot no. 11111, has been successfully triggered for sale under the application list system and will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced on Thursday in its report.

The Government accepted the applicant's minimum guaranteed bid of $2.139 billion for the lot. The tender invitation will open on June 30 and close on July 29. The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

The site has an area of about 13,703 square metres and is designated for non-industrial - excluding residential, godown, hotel and petrol filling station - purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 32,887 square metres, and the maximum is 54,812 square metres.

The final conditions of sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the department's website by June 30, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
