Govt opens 263 new job

It is open to all permanent residents of Hong Kong and graduating undergraduates. 

Secretary for the Civil Service Ingrid Yeung encouraged university students to apply for the 263 new job openings in the government.  

The openings include 50 administrative officers (AOs), 200 executive officers II (EOIIs), three assistant trade officers II and 10 transport officers II.

It is open to all permanent residents of Hong Kong who are fit for the roles and undergraduate students graduating in 2025 or 2026. 

People who wish to apply must take and pass the Basic Law & National Security Law Test. Applications must be submitted through an online application. 

The civil service chief also officiated the opening ceremony of the Government Career Fair launching a series of government career fairs to be held at 10 local universities from mid-September to early October.
