Gov’t opens EOI to repurpose public space at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal

The EOI closes on 18 July.

The Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB) has invited expressions of interest (EOI) for the utilisation of space at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal (KTCT).

The KTCT is planned to function as a cruise terminal for all but apart from the cruise operation facilities, the KTCT also has an ancillary commercial area of about 5,600 sq m, and public space located on the rooftop and the second floor.

The CSTB invites interested vendors, commercial entities, non-profit organisations, groups in the cultural, creative, and sports industries, as well as young entrepreneurs, to submit feasible proposals for the use of these areas.

The EOI exercise is open until 18 July.
