Seven-storey Fanling property hits market
Property offers 41,258 sq ft GFA with parking, flexible use on some floors.
The entire building at 26 On Lok Mun Street in Fanling is for sale through public tender, closing at noon on June 26, its sole agent CBRE Group said.
The seven-storey property, completed in 2010, has a site area of about 8,582 square feet (sq ft) and a total gross floor area of around 41,258 sq ft, according to CBRE, with each floor at roughly 6,000 to 6,800 sq ft
CBRE said the land premium has been paid, allowing non-industrial uses on some floors.
The property has a car lift that gives access to indoor parking on every floor that includes 22 car parking spaces, two motorcycle spaces, and three loading bays.
CBRE said the site is part of the Northern Metropolis area and has access to major roads connecting to San Tin, the Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point, Shenzhen, Hong Kong’s urban areas, and the airport.
The firm also cited a recent deal nearby, noting that the G2000 Warehouse Building at 5 On Lok Mun Street sold for $380m in November 2025, or about $3,075 per sq ft
Reeves Yan, executive director, head of capital markets, CBRE Hong Kong, said the building differs from typical factory and warehouse properties in the area and may suit occupiers in logistics, research and development, and e-commerce.
