Retail podium in Tai Kok Tsui worth around $120m up for sale

It will be sold via public tender.

Retail podium and signage spaces at L.Place 23 in Tai Kok Tsui which is estimated to be worth $120m will be sold on an "as-is" basis with tender closing date set for 13 May 2022, at 12:00 pm.

The property's marketing agent, JLL, said the podium includes five shops (Shop 1-3 on G/F, G/4 & 1/F & G5 & 1/F), four commercial car parking spaces (Commercial CP P1-P4 & M2) and five signage spaces (A, B, C, D, E) of L.Place 23 at No. 23 Pine Street and No. 87 Oak Street. 

It also occupies a gross area of 10,701 sq ft with approximately five metres ceiling height on the ground floor and 1/F.

According to JLL, the property is "easily accessible from anywhere in the city, with multiple transportation options close by, and the retail podium faces two streets with striking signboards, demonstrating the high potential to create a popular and fashionable shopping and dining destination."
