Henderson Land, Jane Street sign lease agreement on Central Harbourfront project

The lease is reportedly the largest office rental deal in Central in decades.

Henderson Land Development Company Limited, through its subsidiary, has signed a lease agreement with Jane Street, a quantitative trading firm, as the first anchor tenant of the group’s latest New Central Harbourfront flagship development project.

Jane Street will occupy over 223,000 square feet across six floors, leasing over 70% of the development’s Phase 1 premium office and ancillary space.

The lease, signed nearly two years before the expected handover in early 2027, is reportedly the largest office rental deal in Central in decades.

The New Central Harbourfront project spans over 1.6 million sq ft of gross floor area and will be completed in two phases, with the first finishing in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the second by 2032.
