The property has a total gross floor area of approximately 36,100 sq ft.

BIZ AURA, an en-bloc commercial building at 13 Pennington Street in Causeway Bay, is up for sale via public tender.

Colliers, JLL, and Alaw Tree & Capital have been appointed as joint agents for the sale. The tender will close at 12 noon on 9 June 2026.

The property has a total gross floor area of approximately 36,100 sq ft. Its retail component spans the ground to 3rd floors and is served by an exclusive lift, whilst the 4th floor includes a dedicated podium.

The retail space is currently leased to a mix of chain restaurants and speciality eateries.

Office units occupy the 5th to 24th floors, with each floor offering about 1,380 sq ft of space in whole-floor layouts.

The building will be sold on an ‘as-is’ basis with existing tenancies and is reported to have a high occupancy level.
