He served as Chairman of Henderson Land Development Company Limited.

Henderson Land Group founder, Lee Shau Kee, passed away on 17 March 2025 at the age of 97.

He served as Chairman of Henderson Land Development Company Limited, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, and Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited.

He was also vice chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, director of The Bank of East Asia, Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited, and Union Hospital.
