2 home sites up for grabs at Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Chung Street

Tender will be launched on 9 November.

According to a government release, two residential sites at Tseung Kwan O and Kwun Chung Street will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

The two sites are Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 125 in Area 68A1, and Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11229 at Kwun Chung Street. The tender invitation for both lots will open on November 9 and close on December 7.

Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 125 has a site area of about 15,969 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes.

Its minimum gross floor area is 23,954 square metres and maximum is 39,923 square metres, of which 19,163 square metres to 31,938 square metres are for private residential purposes. The developer must build at least 400 residential units.

Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11229 has a site area of about 271 square metres and is also designated for non-industrial purposes.

Its minimum gross floor area is 1,465 square metres and maximum is 2,441 square metres, of which up to 2,034 square metres are for private residential purposes.

The final sale conditions for both lots will be available on the Lands Department's website by November 9, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
