Vivian Cheung appointed Airport Authority CEO for 3 years

The appointment is effective immediately.

Vivian Cheung has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the Airport Authority (AA) for a three-year term, effective immediately.

Transport & Logistics Secretary Mable Chan expressed confidence in Cheung’s leadership, stating the AA will strengthen Hong Kong International Airport’s position as a global aviation hub and drive its long-term growth.

Chan highlighted key priorities, including the Three-Runway System, airport transformation into a leading Airport City, Greater Bay Area connectivity, and innovation in the aviation sector.

The government also assured it will continue to work closely with the AA to advance Hong Kong’s aviation industry.
