3-storey residential block at Grampian Road up for sale by public auction

A three-storey residential block at Nos. 28A and 28B Grampian Road, Kowloon with a reserve price of $404.25m will be up for sale via public auction pursuant to an order sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land Ordinance.
 
The property’s appointed auctioneer, JLL, said the auction will be held on 23 September at 11 a.m. at the JLL office, 7/F, One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
 
“The Property is to be sold partly with vacant possession and partly subject to existing lettings, tenancies and licences, if any, on an 'as is' basis but subject to the existing building orders,” said JLL.
 
According to JLL, the property's site was zoned as “Residential (Group B)“ under the Approved Ma Tau Kok Outline Zoning Plan No. S/K10/28 and has a site area of about 10,070 sq ft.
