Tuen Mun site sold for $83.19m

It has been awarded to Jantix Realty (Hong Kong).

The tender for a Tuen Mun site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant to Jantix Realty (Hong Kong) for $83.19m, according to a government statement.

The site is located at Lot No. 2883 in Demarcation District No. 130 at Fuk Hang Tsuen Lane, Lam Tei and is designated for private residential purposes.

It has a site area of 1,748 sq m. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 566.4 sq m and 943.9 sq m.
