Government rejects all five tender for Peak residential site

The tendered premiums fell below reserve prices.

The government has rejected all five tenders for the purchase of a residential site at the Peak.

The tendered premiums did not meet the reserve price for the site which is located at Rural Building Lot No. 1211 at Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 11 Mansfield Road, the Lands Department said in an announcement.

The site has an area of 17,598 sq m.

In addition to the Peak site, there were three other cancelled tender exercises. These were located in Yuen Long, Tsing Yi and Pak Shek Kok due to the bids falling below the reserve prices.
