HKB Greater Bay Area Enterprise Awards

• Each company may submit up to three (3) different entries in the nominations.

• Nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, you are obliged to proceed booking your chosen winner's package option to maximize the benefits of your win.

The awards programme is open to any company based in Hong Kong or Macau. Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.

Eligible companies may nominate any project/initiatives launched in the Greater Bay Area that highlight the excellent work of the company and fulfills the following criteria :

✔ Demonstrates deeper integration or coordinated economic development between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area

✔ Initiative should demonstrate successful economic impact for the development of the Greater Bay Area

Timeline: The initiative must have been launched or had upgrades, in part or in full, in the last 24 calendar months.

Awards will be given for successful projects in each category and certain categories will also have sub- categories:

Nominations will be deliberated based on the following judging criteria:

• Investment & Commitment- Does the project demonstrates an investment and commitment to the Greater Bay Area's deeper integration and economic development?

• Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets and what measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact on your company and in the Greater Bay Area? If the project is a solution provided for a client, what is the overall feedback of your client?

• Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

1. Go to the online nomination form.

2. Read the nomination guidelines.

3. Fill out the required fields.

• Company and entrant details
• Choose your category
• Project title
• Project summary (500-words)
• Client testimonials (optional)
• Project achievements
• Choose a winner's package

4. Once you're done, you will receive an email confirmation of your nomination.

5. Submit three (3) project photos and supporting documents by email.

- Each company may submit up to three (3) different entries in the nominations.
- Each nomination form is valid for one category only. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
- Photos are required while supporting documents are optional but will highly increase the chances of winning.
- Nomination is free of charge. If you win, you are obliged to proceed booking your chosen winner’s package option.
