Two residential sites up for sale via tender

The sites are in Tuen Mun and New Kowloon.

Two residential sites part of the 2018-19 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender on September 21, according to a government release.

The Tuen Mun site is located at Lot No. 2883 in Demarcation District No. 130 at Fuk Hang Tsuen Lane. It has a site area of 1,748 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 566.4 sq m and 943.9 sq m.

Another site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6574 at Kai Tak Area 4B Site 3. It has a site area of 9,706 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 32,030 sq m and 53,383 sq m.

The tender invitation will close on October 19 for the Tuen Mun site and on November 2 for the Kai Tak site.
