
Colliers International offers Sheung Wan commercial property for sale
Site is close to Hollywood Road and Soho area in Central, home of most popular dining destinations.
Colliers International has been appointed by order of the owner as a joint sole agent to offer the G/F – 3/F of Universal Building (the Property), located at 5-13 New Street, Sheung Wan, for sale by private treaty.
The Property is a commercial premises, and is currently occupied by an elderly home. Its total gross floor area is 12,900 sq ft, with 3,000 sq ft on G/F and 3,300 sq ft on each of 1/F, 2/F and 3/F, according to a Colliers Interntional report.
