Stock Exchange of Thailand added to HKEX's recognised stock list
The move is expected to boost cross-border investment and increase exposure to ASEAN enterprises in Hong Kong’s financial markets.
The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has announced the inclusion of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in its list of Recognised Stock Exchanges.
With this addition, companies primarily listed on the SET’s main market can now apply for a secondary listing on HKEX, providing them with access to a broader investor base and enhanced capital-raising opportunities.
The move is expected to boost cross-border investment and increase exposure to ASEAN enterprises in Hong Kong’s financial markets.
