The House of Dancing Water opens at City of Dreams
The HKD 2 billion-plus world-class production continued its two-day grand opening celebration today with a red carpet ceremony and a special VIP premiere.
Yesterday’s celebration at City of Dreams, an integrated entertainment resort said to be the newest “must experience” destination in Macau, featured a media show launch and show appreciation.
Mr. Lawrence Ho, Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, and director Mr. Franco Dragone were joined by the two leads of The House of Dancing Water, The Stranger and The Princess, during the grand opening.
Mr. Ho said, “City of Dreams, as an innovative and diverse leisure and entertainment destination, has always aimed to deliver the ultimate in sophisticated, highly contemporary and world-beating entertainment. Mr. Franco Dragone, Founder and Artistic Director of Franco Dragone Entertainment Group, said, “After five years of creating this show and two years of training, I am thrilled and very proud that all the hard work the cast and crew have put into this production has finally come to fruition.”
The House of Dancing Water will open its door to the public starting September 17, 2010.
