DigiFT navigates Hong Kong expansion with fresh leadership

The firm appointed a new CEO and managing director.

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)-backed DigiFT will expand its business in Hong Kong with new leadership appointments and the firm’s membership in the Cyberport Incubation Programme.

The firm focuses on offering services for on-chain and real-world assets.

As part of its expansion, DigiFT appointed Kevin Loo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Shen Hao as Managing Director and Chief Development Officer.

In 2023, DigiFT was approved as a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) and awarded the Capital Markets Services (CMS) license by MAS, making it the first and only exchange with an automatic market-making mechanism to be licensed.
