OASES engages 300 strategic enterprises for Hong Kong’s development

The office aims to reach out to more strategic enterprises in the future.

The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) will meet up with around 300 global enterprises this year, as announced by the Financial Secretary, Paul Chan during the OASES partnership signing ceremony last 20 March 2024.

“Strategic enterprises are our highly valued partners. By expanding your operations here, you will bring substantial investments, advanced technologies and job opportunities to our community” Chan said

“We will continue to nurture local startups and talent, enhance STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education and boost the compelling collaboration with our sister cities in the Greater Bay Area region,” Chan added.

The ceremony held by OASES signifies an advancement towards the city’s rise as an international innovation and technology hub.
