All non-Chinese Hong Kong permanent residents will be able to make applications to China Travel Service (HK) entrusted by the Exit & Entry Administration for travelling to the mainland multiple times.

The card offers multiple entry to mainland China with a five-year validity, for stays not exceeding 90 days each visit.

International talent of Hong Kong companies can enjoy the learance convenience for northbound travel with this card, Hong Kong chief executive John Lee is quoted saying.

Lee added that the card is not limited to any nationality or industry.
