Prudential Hong Kong appoints three new executives to ExCo

They all report to CEO Lawrence Lam.

Prudential Hong Kong has appointed Brian Chan as Chief Financial Officer, Viola Chan as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Alok Jha as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.

The three executives will report to Hong Kong CEO Lawrence Lam and their respective global function heads, and will sit on the Hong Kong Executive Committee.

B. Chan rejoined Prudential from Sun Life Hong Kong, where he served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary. He previously held various roles in Prudential between 2007 and 2021. 

V. Chan, who has led the company's talent strategy since 2022, has been promoted following the internal move of her predecessor, Callister Koh, to a Group-level role.

Jha moves from Prudential Group to lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives for the Hong Kong business, succeeding Yongjin Jiang.
