Wing Tai posts $812.4m net loss in FY2023

Dividend per share for the period was $0.08.

Wing Tai reported a $197m revenue in FY2023, down from the $658m in FY2022 due to a decline in residential property sales. Core earnings per share was $0.15 from $0.49 in the previous year.

Gross profit for the period was $680.7m, dropping from $1.57b in 2022.

Loss for the period was $812.4m, a surge from the $323.9m loss in FY2022. Loss per share was $.066 from $0.40 previous.

The declared dividend per share for FY2023 stood at $0.08.
