Kwun Tong office building valued over $200m up for sale via tender

A commercial office building at No. 158, Wai Yip Street in Kwun Tong is being offered for sale through a public tender, according to its sole agent CBRE.

The 10-storey property, including the rooftop, has a total gross floor area of approximately 45,218 square feet. Its estimated market value is over $200m, or around $4,423 per square foot.

The building was revitalized in 2017 with an investment of approximately $450m. It features a glass curtain wall façade, a grand lobby with an 11-meter ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling heights ranging from 3.8 to 4.5 meters.

The property includes parking, a dedicated drop-off area, and a rooftop space of about 2,700 square feet. It is currently around 90% occupied.

The tender will close at 12:00 noon on Friday, 22 August.
