Hung Shui Kiu Town Lot No. 10 located within the Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area is up for sale via open tender.

According to the government, the property occupies 77,737 square meters and has a gross floor area is 388,685 square meters, with 20% being handed over to the government upon completion. The area is intended for the development of Multi-storey Buildings for Modern Industries for logistics purposes,

The site’s conditions of sale have been adjusted based on market feedback. This includes lowering the plot ratio from seven to five to avoid basement construction costs.

The government said it will use the two-envelope approach, requiring tenderers to submit two envelopes containing non-premium proposals and premium proposals for non-premium factors consideration.

The tender period will be until 21 March 2025.
