Tender awarded for Hung Hom Bay site

A tender for a site at the junction of Hung Luen Road and Kin Wan Street, Hung Hom Bay Reclamation, Kowloon, Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11111, has been awarded to Janeworth Company Limited.

It was given on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $4,028 million, according to the Lands Department. 

"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the site to the highest tenderer," a Government spokesman said.

The site has an area of about 13,703 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 32,887 square metres and 54,812 square metres respectively.
