Site in Sai Kung open for sale by tender

With a site area of about 1,659.4 square metres, the lot is designated for non-industrial, excluding residential, hotel, go down and petrol filling station, purposes.

A site at Tui Min Hoi in Sai Kung has been successfully triggered for sale under the application list system and will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department says.

The Government had accepted the applicant’s minimum guaranteed bid of $29.8 million for the lot, No 1176 in Demarcation District No 215. The tender invitation will commence on June 17 and close on July 8. The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

The lot has a site area of about 1,659.4 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding residential, hotel, godown and petrol filling station, purposes. Gross floor areas must be between 746.7 square metres and 1,244.5 square metres.

Particulars of the tender will be gazetted on June 17.
