Jones Lang LaSalle launches new online property search platform

U.S.-based real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle claims its new search platform is more user-friendly.

The company said its 2.0 system platform provides users with a professional, user-friendly one-stop shop for browsing across a comprehensive range of properties in Hong Kong.

The revamped online property platform offers prospective buyers a fast and simple means to locating properties which may interest them, whether buying or renting. It includes a more interactive search function that allows users to search for properties according to district, property type, property size and other categories.

The database of properties includes office, industrial and retail space across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories.

Among the platform's additional functionalities are Smart search that allows users to customize the search based on their criteria; Map search that permits users to locate the property in a desired area and Integrated research section that provide in-depth insights into the property market or the development in a particular area.

It also allows comparisons to be made between multiple selected properties. Property results can be shown according to the ranking, price and size.

A virtual tour of the properties is soon to be made available

The platform is also available on smartphones that can be used to locate nearby properties.
