Launched in 2025, Chubb Link is a unified, mobile-first platform designed for Chubb agents. It consolidates sales, customer management, compliance tasks, and company resources into a single application. By replacing the need to navigate multiple systems, Chubb Link provides a streamlined hub for customer details, policy information, and sales materials.

With personalised dashboards, real-time notifications and instant access to key operational information, the platform helps agents stay organised, respond more quickly to client needs and build stronger relationships. This creates a more seamless experience for customers, whilst also opening up greater opportunities for cross-selling and customer loyalty.

Beyond improving day-to-day efficiency, Chubb Link also supports agent motivation and performance. Features such as digital badges, milestone rewards, and progress dashboards help empower agents and leaders, strengthen engagement, and foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.

The platform also delivers meaningful business and compliance value. Its orphan policy management workflow helps agents follow up with orphan policyholders more promptly, supporting stronger retention and reducing the risk of unattended policies. In addition, the policy acknowledgement feature helps ensure timely confirmation of policy delivery, supporting high completion rates and reducing compliance issues or audit findings.
