Bravo Media Limited won the App - Advertising category at the Hong Kong Business Technology Excellence Awards 2026 in Hong Kong for Fleetier, a mobile application designed to completely overhaul the outdoor advertising industry. 

Fleetier transitions traditional manual, paper-based workflows into a centralised, real-time digital system. It streamlines bus advertising and maintenance operations by digitising task assignments, installations and inspections, safety confirmations, performance monitoring, and reporting into one central hub. 

Engineered to empower field crews anywhere, Fleetier features a seamless offline mode paired with smart data capture. Field staff can view assignments directly on mobile devices, complete checklists, and attach job photos even in underground depots with weak connectivity, with data automatically syncing to the cloud once service is returned. 

Every submission is verified through auto-captured GPS coordinates, location records, and timestamps to ensure absolute quality control. Field staff also reviewed the relevant safety terms before signing off the tasks.

This single platform eliminates guesswork by granting managers instant visibility into job statuses, verified image proof, and real-time fieldwork progress. By replacing handwritten records with standardised digital entries, the platform drastically reduced errors caused by inconsistent entries; it cuts down office dispatch work and enables faster, data-driven decisions.   

Beyond daily execution, Fleetier’s backend turns raw operational data into strategic intelligence. The platform aggregates historical task records to help our teams spot recurring issues, optimise resource and work schedules, and pave the way for predictive maintenance capabilities, including the analysis of recurring faults and alerts for problems that could disrupt operations.

The business impact speaks for itself: Fleetier has significantly increased work efficiency whilst eliminating human errors. Back-office administration follow-ups are now 8 times faster, operational downtime has been minimised, and over 18,000 sheets of paper are saved annually.
