Crown hires Richard Marriott Immigration Quality and Compliance Manager
Company seeks to take advantage of Marriott's immigration compliance experience in Australia.
Crown Relocations, a worldwide leader of global mobility, domestic and international transportation of household goods, and departure and destination services, has appointed Richard Marriott as Immigration Quality and Compliance manager, Asia Pacific.
Marriott will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Jill Bedford, regional director for Global Mobility Services, APAC. Prior to joining Crown, he worked as assistant director for the compliance policy section of the Australian immigration headquarters in Canberra, where he managed policy related to immigration, according too a Crown Relocations report.
During his tenure with the Australian public service, Marriott held long-term assignment positions in Hong Kong and Suva, in the Fiji Islands, as well as short-term assignments in Sri Lanka and Lebanon.
Marriott will oversee development and delivery of immigration and immigration-related services in the Asia Pacific region with a focus on quality and compliance. This will include enhancing existing Crown systems for tracking document validity and further development of Crown's audit and performance reporting measures. Marriott will also act as immigration subject matter expert within Crown's global alliance program.
