The Mercedez-Benz Brand Centre on Hong Kong Island features over 20 display cars.
Zung Fu and Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong are proud to have served distinguished customers in Hong Kong for over 60 years. In recognition of customer needs that have evolved and changed over time, today the two companies are announcing the launch of next-generation facilities and services.
The new Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre, Hong Kong Island, has the city’s largest car showroom. Featuring over 20 display cars, it will allow Mercedes-Benz customers to see and explore the complete range of the latest Mercedes-Benz models. The brand centre also houses fully integrated after-sales facilities, a one-stop shop for Mercedes-Benz owners.
At the new brand centre, more focus is placed on the enjoyment of car ownership, with new leisure facilities for families including the Little Stars Kids Club, a dedicated children’s playroom, a clubhouse-style bistro by the harbour, and a terrace with wonderful sea views for hosting exciting events for the Mercedes-Benz owning community.
The multi-storey building is located in Chai Wan, just 15 minutes away from Causeway Bay and will be even more convenient when the Central Wanchai Bypass opens soon.
As customers’ lives becoming increasingly busy, the new Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre, Hong Kong Island joins the Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre, Kowloon in delivering Zung Fu’s commitment to services that focuses on convenience.For example, vehicle maintenance and repair services can now be booked online, and maintenance service can be completed within the same day. For those who travel, they can use the new airport Drop & Fly service to have their car serviced while they are away. New Drop-off and Pick-up points, such as the Drop & Shop point in Causeway Bay, are also being introduced. All these new services are intended to minimise disruption and maximise convenience for Mercedes-Benz customers.

Frederik Gollob, President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong says the company’s latest retail concept, MAR 2020, has been incorporated into the two Mercedes-Benz Brand Centres. “The two brand centres, the new lighthouse by the sea on Hong Kong Island and the location in Kowloon, feature the new exterior and interior design, as well as improved processes. Together with Zung Fu, we are very proud that Hong Kong is one of the very first locations in the world to launch this new concept.”
