Hang Seng Bank declares $1.30 first interim dividend for 2025

The payout is set for 5 June to shareholders on record as of 16 May.

Hang Seng Bank Limited has declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2025 of $1.30 per share.

The payout is scheduled on 5 June to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Shareholders of the Bank on 16 May.

Investors must submit share transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 15 May to be eligible.

Shares of the bank will be traded ex-dividend from 14 May.

The bank noted that the dividend as declared does not reflect its expected full-year earnings or final dividend.
