Dubai-based rental startup Colife expands operations in Hong Kong

By 2025, Colife will offer 300 apartments across the city.

Dubai-based smart rental startup Colife has expanded into Hong Kong to develop co-living spaces with fully furnished rooms and functional common areas.

With a $2m budget for expansion, Colife plans to launch individual apartment rentals, create over 100 co-living units, and find a building to open a full-scale co-living house with 60 units featuring amenities such as co-working areas and meeting rooms.

Currently, Colife offers apartments in Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan, and Happy Valley, with plans to expand in the coming months.

The company chose Hong Kong for this expansion because of its business prospects, career opportunities for expats, universities, and stable economy.

By 2025, Colife will be offering 900 units of bed spaces and private rooms in Hong Kong across 300 apartments. Following Hong Kong, Colife will also expand into Riyadh, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, and Kuala Lumpur, supporting its plan to operate in 10 megapolises within five years.
