The tender will close on 6 December.

The public tender for CHI 138 and CHI 314 in Wan Chai and Jordan has opened.

The tender will close on 6 December.

Colliers, the marketing agent for the properties, said the assets will include their current features, with fully furnished units equipped with modern amenities.

CHI 138, located near Wan Chai MTR station, offers studios, one and two-bedroom units, a duplex, and a penthouse, with connectivity to major commercial areas.

CHI 314, situated on Nathan Road in Jordan, features one and two-bedroom units.
