Colliers appointed to sell Shun Tak Centre retail shops

There are 130 retail shops in the 3/F of the retail podium.

Colliers has been appointed as the sole agent by the receivers to sell 130 retail shops at Macau Square in Shun Tak Centre by public tender.

Moreover, the property will be sold on an “as-is” basis, partly with existing tenants.

Shun Tak Centre is a Grade A commercial building in Sheung Wan and is close to Sheung Wan MTR station, as well as the Western Harbour Crossing.

The third floor of the retail podium is also connected to the pick-up and drop-off areas of Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal.

“Its connection to the Central Elevated Walkway ensures smooth access to key areas in Central and Sheung Wan, including direct pathways to the International Finance Centre and Hong Kong Airport Express Station,” said Thomas Chak, Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services.
