Gov’t extends judiciary e-Appointment services

This will enable users to apply for self-bankruptcy petitions and probate applications online.

The government extended its existing e-Appointment services to self-bankruptcy petitions and probate applications in the High Court.

This will allow unrepresented court users to make online appointments to attend the High Court Registry to file petitions for their own bankruptcy.

Registered users of "iAM Smart" can also use the auto form-filling function to provide relevant personal data for making online appointments. This function will eventually be included in other e-Appointment services.

In addition, the Probate Registry e-Appointment service for grand applications will be extended to cover probate applications. This will allow unrepresented litigants to make online appointments to submit applications for a grant with a will.
