
Trade and Industry Department to hold free customer service training
Learn to upgrade your customer service with a free seminar in Cantonese on 18 August 2010.
The Trade & Industry Department on Thursday announced that it will hold a free seminar in Cantonese on 18 August at the Central Library in Causeway Bay. The seminar will be on customer service success in the highly competitive retail market.
According to the release, speakers will include KAR Consultants Director Paul Ma, Hong Kong & China Gas Retail Marketing Manager Catherine Wong, Sa Sa Cosmetic Director of Training Janet Wong and Retail Management Association Senior Manager Hydde Chan.
The speakers are expected to describe the latest trends in retail customer service in Hong Kong and the SME Programme sponsored by the Small & Medium Enterprise Development Fund, and share success stories in excellent customer service.
SME Programme participants - including Health Gate, Groom Shoes Repair & Polish, New Odaiba, Sun Wing Loong Rice Trading and Liberate - will also share their experience in upgrading customer service.
