Kwun Tong (South) Outline Zoning Plan amended

Hung To Road site rezoned from “Commercial (1)”/“Business” to “Commercial (3)”.

The Town Planning Board has announced amendments to the approved Kwun Tong (South) Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).

The main amendment involves rezoning a site at Hung To Road from “Commercial (1)” and “Other Specified Uses” annotated “Business” to “Commercial (3)”. The Notes and Explanatory Statement of the OZP have also been revised to reflect the changes, alongside updates to general information on various land use zones and the overall planning scheme area.

The draft Kwun Tong (South) OZP No. S/K14S/27, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters, the Kowloon District Planning Office, and the Kwun Tong Home Affairs Enquiry Centre during office hours.

Written representations on the amendments may be submitted to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board by 12 November.

Submissions must comply with Town Planning Board Guidelines No. 29C, including providing a full name and the first four characters of a Hong Kong Identity Card or passport number. Invalid or unverifiable submissions will not be accepted.
