HKEX makes management changes to oversee listing divisions

The Securities and Futures Commission approved the appointments. 

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) declared that Bonnie Chan and Wilfred Yiu will be co-chief operating officers starting this 1 February 2023.

Other appointments include Katherine Ng, who will be head of listing.

The new appointments are responsible for management of the operational matters of HKEX's business, including equities, clearing, depository, corporate communications, group strategy, human resources, mainland development and LME Clear. 

The appointments have been approved by the Securities and Futures Commission and were made as part of HKEX's focus on driving forward strategic imperatives, developing a strong, focused, client-centric organisation and utilising the skills of the talented HKEX team.
