FlexiCloud Smart Storage Solution – Enabling flexible and mobile workplace
The emergence of BYOD and workplace mobility has increased the need for employees to assess, edit and share documents anytime and anywhere, resulting in security challenges to enterprises. Ricoh’s FlexiCloud Smart Storage is a secured and tailored cloud document storage service for SMEs in favorable price, allowing enterprises to experience the advantages brought by cloud services from one solution provider.

Compatible with mobile devices and applications, FlexiCloud Smart Storage allows instant cloud access for file editing and sharing, helping enterprises to reduce email attachments to improve overall efficiency of the email system.

All Ricoh’s printers and multifunctional printers support the “Scan-to-Cloud” function, which allows users to upload documents to FlexiCloud Smart Storage. Uploaded documents can be traced, edited and securely share with passwords for easy and centralized file management.

In addition, FlexiCloud Smart Storage also comes with a 7x24 hotline for a prompt and reliable technical support. Upload and download speed are guaranteed. Once the device is connected to local server, all uploaded files will be automatically backed up and protected by anti-hacking and anti-virus software for greater document security.

Virtual Help Desk – Enhancing customer experience
Enterprises nowadays pay much attention to external and internal communications to enhance productivity and business efficiency. Unified communications allow businesses to address their specific communications needs via the internet to conduct video conferencing.

Comprising of a display monitor, keyboard and unified communications system, Ricoh’s Virtual Help Desk solution is designed to handle customer enquiries during peak hours in exhibitions or when the customer service representatives are not available. Via the Virtual Help Desk, visitors can press a button to request for a real-time video conference with customer service representative.
