Perception Digital eyes appointing Jebsen as distributor of 3Bays

Jebsen started introducing “3Bays Vulkano”, a mobile high definition TV streaming device for multimedia entertainment.

Perception Digital Holdings Limited (“Perception Digital”), which specializes in providing technological solutions for consumer electronics products in mobile, multimedia, Internet connectivity and well-being technologies, announces that it has signed a letter of intent to appoint Jebsen & Co. Ltd (“Jebsen”) as the exclusive distributor to distribute products and accessories of the Group’s own brand – 3Bays in Hong Kong and Macau.

Upon signing of the formal agreement, Jebsen will hold the exclusive distribution rights on 3Bays’ products and accessories in relation to video streaming, smartphones and well beings monitoring products. The products are intended to be distributed through popular retail chains stores in Hong Kong.

To start with, Jebsen has held a press conference on Tuesday to introduce “3Bays Vulkano”, a mobile high definition TV streaming device for multimedia entertainment. Users can watch their live TV programs or recorded videos at anytime and anywhere through Apple's iPhones/ iPads, Android smartphones, and Blackberries with Wifi and 3G connections, according to a Perception Digital report.

Perception Digital established its own brand 3Bays earlier this year to promote its corporate image in Hong Kong through the local sales network. “Vulkano” is the first product of 3Bays, signifying the success of Perception Digital’s years of efforts in research and development.
