SFC tackles investor risks
The Securities & Futures Commission warns investors to consider risks that may affect their ROI before making a commitment.
SFC explained the risks of the new Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor A-share exchange-traded fund. It also narrated how this differs from A-share exchange-traded funds in currency denomination, structure and trading arrangement.
It also informed investors how to approach the SFC to resolve monetary disputes with a bank or brokerage, as well as the key advantages of taking this route to resolve disputes.
SFC also talked about the risks of overseas and leveraged investing and the relevance of credit ratings and funds related to the Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor scheme.
