Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting to be held Aug 16

The 47th Meeting of the Hong Kong Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation to be held on August 16 is now open for public enrolment.

 

The Chairman of the HKCPEC, Professor Sung Yun-wing, will chair the meeting.

Major items for discussion include the participation of youth delegates in the 20th General Meeting and Standing Committee Meeting of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council to be held in Washington, D.C., the United States of America, in September 2011; HKCPEC's participation in the PECC Internship Programme 2012; the HKCPEC Seminar and the Youth Programme 2011/12.

The meeting will be held at 2.30pm in Room 1814, 18/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the open session of the meeting.  In view of limited seating capacity at the meeting venue, admission will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
