Shop spaces at 2/F The Galleria up for sale for $50m

The property will be sold with an existing tenancy.

CBRE anounced the sale of Shops 201-202 located at 2/F, The Galleria at No. 9 Queen’s Road Central.

The property has an asking price of $50m or approximately $29,700 per sq ft and will be sold on an “as-is” basis.

The 1,680 sq ft property, currently occupied by a long-term tenant of over a decade, will be sold with the existing tenancy.

“The shop's strategic location next to the pedestrian bridge to LANDMARK Hong Kong arcade enhances its appeal, with the potential to be subdivided for various businesses,” Simon Yu, associate director of Capital Markets at CBRE Hong Kong said.
