The property, with a gross floor area of 123,036 sq. ft., is a 12-storey building including a rooftop. It is selling for full-ownership via Expression of Interest. The deadline for offer submission is set at noon on Wednesday, 23 July.

Located in the commercial area of Wong Chuk Hang with a 5-minute walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, the property permits warehouse use and qualifies for conversion under the Hong Kong Government’s Industrial Building Revitalisation Policy.
