CBRE to sell prime real estate assets in Kowloon and Shau Kei Wan

These properties include an en-bloc building, a high-floor unit, and the entire 3/F of Manson Industrial Building at Shau Kei Wan.

CBRE has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of three prime assets across the city.

The properties include an en-bloc building at No. 3 Yu Chau Street, Prince Edward, Kowloon; a high-floor unit at No. 36 Belleview Drive (Block 3), Repulse Bay Garden; and the entire 3/F of Manson Industrial Building, Shau Kei Wan.

The en-bloc building at No. 3 Yu Chau Street, with a total saleable area of approximately 4,096 square feet, comprises four floors and is near the Prince Edward MTR station.

The high-floor unit at Repulse Bay Garden has a saleable area of 2,576 square feet, featuring three ensuite bedrooms and a large terrace with panoramic sea views of Repulse Bay Beach.

The entire 3/F of Manson Industrial Building offers a gross floor area of approximately 7,480 square feet, with a floor height of 3.4 metres and a floor load capacity of 7.2 kPa, catering to businesses requiring industrial and storage facilities.
