Two Light Public Housing at Olympic Avenue open for tenders

Two separate contracts include a total of 7,700 units.

The Olympic Avenue Phase two in Kai Tak is inviting tenders for two Light Public Housing (LPH) operation and management contract, said the Housing Bureau on 11 July.

The two contracts include 4,500 and 3,200 units of LPH’s management and occupants, daily maintenance, and provision of social services etc..

All capable and experienced service providers are welcomed to apply for the two independent contracts, the Housing Bureau will assess relevant experience, capabilities, and past service performance of the applicants.

A consolidated assessment including the tender price will be given to successful applicant before awarding contracts.

Tenderers must submit their tenders on or before noon on 29 August via e-Tendering System or deposit in the Government Secretariat Tender Box at the East Wing of Central Government Offices located at 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar.
