The 28-storey property with the rooftop has a gross floor area of 30,224 square feet.

M1 North Point Hotel, located at No. 112, Chun Yeung Street, North Point, is up for sale with a unit price of $7,670 per sq. ft. or a total price close to $232m, according to its sole agent CBRE.

The property, with a site area of 30,224 sq. ft., is a 28-storey property with the rooftop excluding 4/F, 14/F, and 24/F. It features a lobby with a front desk and offers a total of 92 guest rooms from the first floor upwards.

With around 3–5 minutes from North Point MTR Station, the property is near several branches and teaching centers of tertiary education institutions. Additionally, the property is close to the core business districts on Hong Kong Island.

Investors may consider making minor modifications to convert the property into student or staff accommodation, said CBRE.

The sale will be via an Expression of Interest, with the deadline for offer submission set at noon on Tuesday, 15 July.
